How to heal a broken heart 💔

I was married with 3 kids for 6 years to my ex husband. Together for 14 years. I was unhappy for many many years but tried to make it work. In april i decided i couldnt do it any longer and ended it with him. I immediately met a woman and we fell in love instantly, this relationship was complicated because she was also married with 3 kids and living with her husband. Long story short, we got together, she made me feel amazing, my weight dropped, my mental health stable and my confidence was through the roof!
Things took a turn and she decided she needed to put her childrens happiness 1st (obviously) and for the kids to be happy she needed to stay living with her husband (the kids dad) this then brought us to an end because i have doubts about her, i had a gut feeling she was still with him behind closed doors but telling me different.
I feel like my world has been turned upside down and i feel totally lost without her. I see her daily because of the school run which makes it even harder.
Ive asked if we could talk about things so there is no bad blood between us but her response was that she needed time to "get over me" and its best she keeps her distance.
This is a love i have never ever felt before and it hurts so bad.

I have been in a situation where someone I thought I was close with abruptly decided that our relationship was not healthy and immediately cut off all contact.

I have no great words of advice, but I can share my own experience.

One, it took about a year and a half for the pain to go away.
Two, I came to realize that in fact she was right -- it had not been healthy.

@Sar1991 Talking with friends helped me to put things in perspective.
