Vent. TW: Derealization

Hi, i am Ender, but people call me Max or Maxime. I dont need to explain what is going on, people will never listen to me. I just dont feel real. Does anyone had that feeling when your life, friends, everything start to fade away? Well, for me, thats the feeling i felt 2 months ago. I had very bad derealization. Then I got really drunk at a wedding party and woke up with the worst hangover. The sickness felt very very real and I’ve felt grounded in reality ever since.

I recommend doing everyday actions very slowly and just sensing the detail of how it looks and feels and sounds. There is actually so much detail in the world to focus in on- but we just treat everything like quick processes

@itsok Worlds? Anyway, i found different worlds when i started to have serious symptoms ( i think thats called symptoms, right?-) of derealization in the first month, and, i started to lock myself in my house to try and reconnect myself. ( Sorry if that didnt answer your question, i try my best to answer)
