I wish a few things for SW, but people in general..
1.) I wish people understood that unsolicited advice and criticism isn’t helpful
2.) unless someone asks for your opinion, keep it to yourself.
3.) don’t talk smack about people ( conceptually or directly) and act surprised they have a retort
4.) don’t ask questions you don’t actually want a variety of answers to
