I have been through this as well. Pining for someone that is out of reach. Keep the negatives out of your mind. Let this go so you can focus on yourself. Volunteer work, anything that gets you away from memories of him that keeps you hanging on. Journal your feelings, if you are religious, consult with a spiritual advisor.
