I'm deeply confused: a vent about stuff nobody else cares about

I was reading the Horus Heresy rulebook last night, and found that under the ramming rules a building can ram enemies. I'm not entirely sure how this is supposed to work, as building are inherently immobile.

The rule states that a slow or super-heavy vehicle, or a building, involved in a ramming attack gain +4 Strength to a maximum of 10. I think that means that if a building gets rammed it gets the bonus, not that it can ram.

Wow I'm an idiot.
Ofc buildings cant move silly

So the building does damage back to the rammer?

@DDonde Yes by the looks of things. But it's written in such a way that it implies a building can ram due to the following sentences:
If the Ramming Vehicle has more starting Hull Points than any Vehicle or Building it is in contact with, add +1 to the Strength of the hit, and if the Ramming Vehicle has the Slow or Super-Heavy sub-type, or is a Building, add +4 Strength, to a maximum value of 10
