I'm a believer in hard work paying off but

It still annoys me when people just dismiss unsuccessful people as lazy,

Because:
1. I've known people who work their a** off but have also been unlucky as heck

2. They work their a** off but because of the lack of guidance, they're putting their efforts in the wrong places
