Venting ab family issues😱

Bro my dad is so toxic. He literally manipulates me. Recently, I overheard him say I was the “embarrassing child” and when I confronted him ab it I was being over dramatic?? He lets my dog run away and makes me go get her as a punishment so now she thinks it’s a game, he used to put me outside in the freezing cold without a jacket until my mom convinced him to let me in, whipped me with belts and wires, threw a chair at a wall (the chair leg hit my sisters back) and so much more. He sets such high expectations and it’s so hard to keep up with them as the disappointment child. Im just really exhausted and I really need a break and I want my parents to understand that.
