I'm really trying to be strong but I feel so miserable and depressed.

I am honestly such a pathetic person I just want it all to end. I hate myself, I am so stupid.

I want to be at peace.

I don't know you, but I know you're not pathetic. You saying, "I'm really trying to be strong..." Is that "pathetic"?? No..far from it.🌺🐞🤗 One of my favorite quotes Ever that helps get me through a lot, is "Nothing is true." -Byron Katie. That means all the THoUGHTS you have of yourself, NOT truth. We can't define how amazing we are, and we can't define others, or even the earth)universe. Everything IS one, and undefinable. So know that...and it has brought me peace in many low moments.🌷
