same here... when I take walks, I usually come home much wiser, much cleaner... much safer.

@jadeddivinity: I understand you, sometimes I imagine things as well but I have to tell myself to calm down and it disappears. Perhaps the two of you can start taking walks? it will ease the stress for you and you'll have a good time venting under the open sky

@jadeddivinity: so? I take walks 3 am at night all alone, as long as you live in a safe neighborhood you should be fine.

@jadeddivinity: it's not safer than being inside, but ask your boyfriend what he thinks. You can't live life scared every day or it isnt worth living at all, that's what my mother said to me, so don't live in fear.
you're right. i don't want to live in fear. i just want the problem to go away is all.

@jadeddivinity: Meditation is key. Just sit down, and figure out what is real, what is not real, what is important, what is good, what is bad.
@MartinTheFirst: Yes, grounding myself is the best key to overcoming this.
