Because keeping it decent for everyone's taste, maintanance fees of course, can cost a lot.

@Ladyryan Lol I'd say it's mostly about high demand. I've seen dumps with what was last year and the year before a decent price.

@Ladyryan I did consider most of the factors. It's still quite pricy lol
Lots of landlords are renting per day to strangers for a bigger price, so those that are renting to students lift their prices as well
