@Ladyryan I did consider most of the factors. It's still quite pricy lol
Lots of landlords are renting per day to strangers for a bigger price, so those that are renting to students lift their prices as well

If you use Booking.com or Trivago they are sites that give you a variety of places to stay and at a heap of different prices , hope that helps 🙂

There's a freaking waiting list for apartments where I live and units are going for 1500 a month, when just a few years ago, rent was anywhere from 500-800 a month, depending on where you lived.
