I Want to Vent

I really dislike being reminded that I should never be selfish and ask someone for help. Seems every time I do, the person either ignores me or agrees and is all pleased to help and then something always comes up (most times with a lame excuse) and I'm left feeling worse due to being let down. After all these years, you would think I would have learned!

@Peaches Yes, that is worse, I agree. I only have 2 family members that actually talk with me and neither have done anything at all to help me lately.
