I Need to Vent

You know how sometimes you feel awful and you just want to, I don't know, allow yourself to feel awful, but no one will let you? Everyone keeps telling you "it'll be okay" or "things will get better", or they try to give you advice for how to change your life (despite knowing next to nothing about you). Sometimes that's fine, but sometimes I just want to feel terrible. I put on a happy face 95% of the time; let me feel crappy for 5 minutes.

It sometimes takes a heroic push on the shut down button of the computer to start the deed, then a decided move under the covers in a darkened bedroom, in order to get the necessary peace. Then I sense my suffering throughout my body to the last toe and hold on to it for three minutes, then let it go. If I then fall asleep, I go ahead and sleep everything off. Chances are that I'm back to a reasonably livable state when I wake up. Good luck. :)
