Been there many times over, but I always seem to make it out the other side when it's feels unbelievable and unbearable. I always tell myself it's okay not to be okay today, but continue feeling all my feels to work through it.
Sometimes we also have to readjust our sails, and work through different perspectives. I know I've learned something new about myself and life in almost every situation.

Take it a moment at a time, and keep trying to see things in a simpler way, meditation, or just a few minutes of doing nothing with eyes closed may alleviate the stress and frustration. 🤗
Hang in there and don't give up. Sometimes we just have to push forward even when it seems impossible. There will be light at the end of the tunnel I promise
