Im so exhausted and overwhelemed with life, I'm just so upset and let down. Life right now feels like a horrible maze I cant find my way through.

Take it a moment at a time, and keep trying to see things in a simpler way, meditation, or just a few minutes of doing nothing with eyes closed may alleviate the stress and frustration. 🤗
