How do you make decisions when faced with tough choices in life?

Do think of the pro and cons. Like when I have had to cancel a trip. Thought wouldn’t give me much time to do the stuff that I like doing by rushing around.Go at a better time when things are spread out. Instead of rushing around like crazy.
