What do you say to someone that is grieving?

Now thus is a tough one she's pregnant and has 6 weeks left.
She said she feels incredibly detached and not even thinking about the new baby that's coming.

When my dad passed I was so relieved due to hue suffering I'm sure people thought I was on crack.
So I'm the worst person for things like this.

The baby is a 'theoretical' presence in her life at the moment.
She's dealing with the ante feeling of it.
Grief is obviously a 'real' visceral feeling for her.
And that's probably why it occupies more of the 'present' to her mind.

My only concern is that this grief doesn't turn into post natal depression after the baby's born.

@Picklebobble2 sorry I've taken so long to reply these last few days have been crazy.
I totally get that, it's my worry too, she miscarried earlier in the year and now this. It's rough, really rough.
