@RenFur Why do have to bring trump into this question? Don’t you think it’s somewhat distasteful? I don’t mean to be offensive but really why does Trump get brought up in anything I read, could be talking about elephants in Africa and Trump would be brought up.

@RenFur @bijouxbroussard I am sorry I did not know what Trump’s sons look like and neither that he even had two.i understand it’s a huge deal in America and I’m not minimising those concerns but would you believe here most people don’t talk about him, care who his sons are or even generally follow the news on his personal antics.

Anyway the big game hunting is a policy that is terrible as I personally don’t get the joy people get from hunting. That being said hunting is popular here, animals like gazelle, and zebra. People eat the meat and pay to hunt and also pay a fine if they injure the animal first. Big game hunting is generally frowned upon. And costs a lot of money. Sadly people will do anything for a buck and mostly from my understanding it’s foreigners who do big game hunting. It’s disgusting, killing an elephant is like killing a human being in my opinion.

The buffalo are hunted and they make jerky from their meat and eat it, however it’s known as the most difficult animal to hunt as they are super aggressive.
I just hate it all round and I especially hate big game hunting. It’s horrible and cruel. But it happens.
The smaller scale hunters do a lot for conservation and reputable companies are very concerned with the ethical treatment of the animals. It brings money into the country, gives people jobs and creates tourism. If there is anything to say in their defence at all.
Sorry that was a long rant, I just hate hunting all round. Bottom line , Africa makes a lot of money from hunting. Sadly.
