My mom just asked me if we should fire somebody, or let them work night shift.

She's been no call no show more than three times for me. And got a job at another restaurant and wants to work night shift. And she won't do Saturday night shift cause she wants to be off that night 😑 of course she needs to be fired and we need to hire someone else... But I'm too nice to tell my mom that 😑

@pride49 On a serious note, you could wait until a few more people tell you to fire her, and then show your mom this post. People tend to respond better when a majority of people have the same opinion.
