Ok. So you got to lay on a stone slab naked. Slice some radishes and place them all over your skin. Now really think about what you want as you rub the radish slices against your nipples, take a deep breathe and BAAHHH from your stomach. Do this for an hour every day.

I usually boil some water in a cast iron pot over a funeral pyre, and I push the pyre out into a body of water. You don't need to hold an actual funeral, but sometimes I like to put some He-man action figures on the pyre to appease the Gods of Thundera.
