This might sound silly, but sometimes when I'm stressed, and ask myself why am I so stressed, I really do know why I'm stressed. It's just that I want to avoid thinking about it. I think we know why we're stressed and that is the signal from the Lord that something needs changing in our lives, so we can be happier, and until we take care of that, it will continue to bother us. The Lord really helps me so much with my stress or anxiety. And I'm talking about very stressful things. I could not do it without him. He is the only remedy I have found that works. If a person takes depression pills or anxiety pills, yes it does help, but at the same time that's not a natural remedy. These things just cover over the symptoms. The Lord brings real relief and boy can I vouch for that. He got me through the worst things and I'm talking about very traumatic things. I hope you feel better soon. I'll keep you in my prayers. Even if you don't believe the way I do, it's okay. That doesn't affect my praying for you. Please feel better soon. You are special and you are loved, especially by God. He always hears our prayers, no matter who we are. You are not forgotten by God, ever. He loves you more than words could ever say and unconditionally. He will never abandon you. 🫂❤
