Feeling like i got ran over by a mack 😒

Oh how this swelling and throbs easy with ice packs, unfortunately i cant stay asleep!.toss n turn, ice pack melts. Replace it only to get 15 minutes of sleep here 1hr all night..ugh..wishing it wasnt so much throbbing for this.
Need to talke my next pain med, tylenol 500 mg but
have to eat 1st

@JohnnyNoir the pain meds are causing a headache, but if i dont take them my surgical sight, lower back side aches and throbs. I called the dr, he is fonna set up a follow up appointment for friday, so i asked if i can get a muscle relaxer since its a throbbing dull ache. He said we will talk about it at fridays appointment
