You need to take a little time off to relax. I understand there's a financial stress but the way you're heading you're setting yourself up for any serious health issue to arise and then things would be even harder to change.. so make an effort to begin by appreciating what you already have. The air that you breathe and your lungs, the water that you drink, drink it slowly.
You don't necessarily need to go away for vacation. You can begin adding vacation minutes within your day. A minute now. Ten minutes later. Pause. It's the only way to get out of autopilot. Strive to make healthier choices little by little. A healthier thought. A healthier snack, a little walk, a healthier way to unwind after work.
I'm so sorry for your pet. I can't imagine.. dwell into art..music, look at inspiring paintings, photos or movies.
And basically look at yourself in the mirror and say to yourself "I'm going to get us out of this." Ask yourself in the mirror for a solution. Maybe you'll come up with something you haven't imagined. It's only a mind trip, that you're going to find another crappy job. You need out. Affirm daily you're going to find a job suitable for you, where you can use all of your skills and talents.

@being Oh god I've been either stress eating or not eating at all there's really no inbetween at the moment. There's been times I forget to drink water the entire day and just live off a glass of sweet tea.
I do have a new job lined up and I start it on the 22nd of this month. I don't know if it's considered PTSD or what but I'm literally afraid all jobs are going to be hell from now on. The job i had before I worked at my current one was terrible and this current one is terrible so I'm literally convinced all will be terrible

Prepare a small snack, no wonder your stomach is upset! You can do simple things like boiled egg with bread and a banana or apple.
Before you eat, every time, put on a song that you like and listen to it. It'll help the stress go a bit down and it'll allow your body to relax a little so to receive the food.
Aim for three basic things and commit to doing them daily.
For example it could be, drink a litre of water, have a nutritious meal, walk for ten minutes.
Or maybe, eat one fruit, do 20 pushups, take 10 deep breaths.
Choose your own things. Forget about the job. Focus on your well being. If you manage to lower your stress levels, you'll manage to gain some clarity and see your choices..

That's an awful lot of stress all at once one on top of another no wonder you feel the way you do.
Perfectly understandable.
Most jobs are exactly that. Just jobs.
The world of work is a screwed up place with unrealistic expectations and it's easy to feel overwhelmed especially if you're about to embark on something new.
But that's ok. Everybody feels like that !
So just take it one day at a time and your confidence will grow the more you understand how things work there.
So. From things you have no control over to things you CAN influence !
Always good to develop a routine.
Something reliable you created that you follow that makes sense to you.
Personally speaking, I find if I get up at the same time every day and get ready for the day I feel happier.
Make your bed. Shower; shave etc. eat a good breakfast then you're as best prepared as you can be for the day ahead.
Never forget your interests nor neglect them.
Some sort of physical exercise is also good for body and mind. Even if it's just a brisk walk around the block once a day.
You'll feel you're contributing to your health while also shifting any brain fog from things you feel you have no control over.
Always easy to shout support from the sidelines. And obviously I haven't been through what you have.
But you sound like you have the strength to stand up and fight.
Go to it !
