What are your best go-to stress relievers?

I’ve tried quite a few already— deep breathing, meditation, hot bath, extra sleep, etc. I’m still getting knots in my stomach and tension headaches.
What are your tried and true de-stressing activities?

@originnone I'm allergic so I go to the hospital with bloated face and breathing constrictions, but glad it works for you
