What are your best go-to stress relievers?

I’ve tried quite a few already— deep breathing, meditation, hot bath, extra sleep, etc. I’m still getting knots in my stomach and tension headaches.
What are your tried and true de-stressing activities?

Exercise does it for me. In fact, consistent workouts 5 + days a week keep me pleasantly calm most of the time.
