Utterly ridiculous

I’ve been playing phone tag for weeks with the doctors because they can’t find my insurance information on their list just so I can start the process of even setting up an appointment. Meanwhile whatever’s wrong with me is getting worse and I now likely have a torn shoulder too. In other countries you just go to see the doctor because they have free health care but I have to wait weeks here because the insurance companies matter more than people and god forbid they help the people paying them ridiculous amounts of money.
