Why do we procrastinate ?

Different reasons.
We might have other things to do.
We might feel the task will take too long.
We might think another day would be better for doing it.
We might need more information and/or supplies for the task.
Or we might just not feel like doing it.

I did today and now it’s pouring rain so I will do it tomorrow (maybe), need to do some errands and a bit of shopping.

Fear:
Fear of the unknown
Fear of the known
Fear we might be wrong
Fear we might be right

Laziness and not being very organized, feeling overwhelmed too

Most procrastinate as a way to ignore what's uncomfortable. Lack of discipline.

All my life I've been a 'Driven' person, many a time working three jobs during the course of a day.

Retirement
Since retiring one day I told myself, "the problem or chore will be still there for me to do stop sweating it, nobodys paying me".
After all if I kill-over tomorrow, all that worry would have been for nothing lol !

Theres always tomorrow.
