Why do we procrastinate ?

Sorry, I meant to post this yesterday.

Different reasons.
We might have other things to do.
We might feel the task will take too long.
We might think another day would be better for doing it.
We might need more information and/or supplies for the task.
Or we might just not feel like doing it.

@AbbeyRhode That, or we feel overwhelmed by things our mind or the world tells us we need to do. But really our heart, soul, it needs pause.

All my life I've been a 'Driven' person, many a time working three jobs during the course of a day.

Retirement
Since retiring one day I told myself, "the problem or chore will be still there for me to do stop sweating it, nobodys paying me".
After all if I kill-over tomorrow, all that worry would have been for nothing lol !
