@bijouxbroussard Just being in that kind of creative environment is a stimulus for wanting to do more. A former partner did set design, as a result, he pressured the director into giving me a character part in a musical (Calamity Jane) Ironically, I ended up stealing the show. So fun!

@Menetics Weirdly, all of a sudden in the last few years I've grown some interest in that one (not to the point of pursuing a career, just like "heh, it would be cool if I had studied law").

@Elessar With the internet, you can express yourself freely and go against people who don't share the same beliefs as you. The great part about it is you can stay anonymous. You should test out your skills in public forums.

I remember looking up to a police man as I was still small and later had a dream that I was as tall as Godzilla but with just really long legs which were like rubber or something. Made that weird to me, but even if I didn't know about what a police man would do, I somehow couldn't stop thinking about it for a while.

@Theandyb I can understand it though in certain contexts. Like if I was some propaganda minister trying to portray a regime in a way that portrayed strength and productivity, that would be pretty fun. But like, holding the camera in front of a news reporter, nah haha

As a child? Nothing really. Not "a nothing" but I didn't really have any dream job or position. A pirate or wandering traveler with a pistol at my side maybe. Nothing realistic that's for sure. I do know my parents and sister remembering answering to hang around alleys and wait for trouble when asked at dinner one night.

I suppose I just assumed I would grow up to put things together either in a trade, lab, or a factory.
