I used to watch it at my dad's place with him. It's one of those nostalgic things

My friends and I had a long running joke about Gumby cause on our long rides home from work as teens with one’s dad there was a house that was Gumby colored and we had a stupid thing of who screamed it first as we passed each time 😂 Idk how the dad driving us didn’t get migraines with the almost hour rides 😂

No shame
but also remember the show bozo the clown in the morning?
I dont know why it seemed to me that even in the 90s when this show was on air, even though I myself was living in the 90s, that show seemed like it came from the 80s or from way further back in time

@unsociableAnthony Oh yes I remember Bozo the Clown! My brother and I had our picture taken with him when we were kids!

Yes I do and Davy and Goliath
It's was a kid's stop‑motion show from the 1960s about a boy named Davy and his dog Goliath. They get into everyday situations and learn simple moral and Christian lessons—things like honesty, kindness, and helping others—usually with guidance from Davy’s parents or the local pastor. Episodes are short and gentle, pretty much made to teach good values to kids.

Yeah those were the lazy cartoons. Limited motion almost like anime

@Gibbon Gumby is a green, clay humanoid character created by Art Clokey in the 1950s, known for his ability to bend, stretch, and shapeshift, and for starring in a stop-motion claymation TV series with his horse, Pokey. The character debuted in 1955 on The Howdy Doody Show, becoming a cultural icon known for his good-hearted nature, adventures, and flexibility, with the phrase "Semper Gumby" even used by the U.S. Marines.
