I loved those commercials and when they actually made real commercials that I loved to see, not the crap they make today.
When I was a young child our next-door neighbor's last was Maxwell, and they were elderly, and mom and Dad always called them Mr. And Mrs. Maxwell, so I grew up thinking they made and sold the Maxwell House coffee from their home. Why else would they call it Maxwell House coffee and mom, and dad Called them MR. and MRS. Maxwell, it just made sense to me.
