In your opinion, how old does one have to be before they can start using the phrase, "Back in my day"
I am in my middle 30's and I catch myself saying it sometimes.

i dont know i am 30 and 2006-2010 feels like [i]back in my day[/i]. bc things have signficiantly changed since then
