You're such a good friend since that's me with gluten, due to celiac, and many sensitivities. My friends and family realize it literally kills my body, so they adjust. BUT, out of courtesy, I always offer to bring my own stuff. I always settle too, with fewer options, out of respect, because I know how hard it can be, and all the more expensive. I'm the same with restaurants, they shouldn't bear the brunt of it, so I'm simply grateful to have "something "..Your friends shouldn't expect that kinda work outta ya, sweet sister.
