There’s a shelf above my bed that has a vintage troll doll on it, an original Pound Puppy, Butterbear from The Wuzzles, a Cabbage Patch doll from the 80’s, a small Lite Brite with a message from six years ago, and a Photo Booth strip from a lifetime time ago.
It’s a lot, I know 🙄
But the shelf holds…or held one more item. And when I rolled over this morning, she was right there smiling at me like Annabelle 2.0 wanting to play with me or some shit that I’m not particularly down with.
…I may have to move the shelf because that kind of morning jolt is not the wake up I desire at all.
