I hate my southern high cheekbones, i'm going to get plastic surgery to get rid of them, I hate being southern and I hate my southern heritage.

Like everything, there's always a few bad people or bad examples that get characterized as being representative of an entire group. I've found southern people quite friendly and open, strong believers in God, and family oriented. Certain states could do more to help impoverished and drug addicted people change things.
