I hate nights & early mornings like this...

When I havent slept, and my mind won't stop thinking about a whole range of things..
Constantly feeling overwhelmed at of no where, its not as bad as a BAD panic attack, for me there minor panic attacks I can usually handle but it makes it impossible to rest.

Sleeping resets your mind. It's therapy, sleeping 9-10 hours a day is great for mental health.
