You have to have a reason to live and you have to believe that the person that you lost would want you to go on and be happy. I buried a sister just last week. I've lost 2 sisters, a brother, both parents, a son and a daughter. And if i were to give up or go into a depression i would not be able to function and i refuse to let depression win. I know that its not going to bring them back. And
Because i know i deserve better than to live my life under a dark cloud. And i believe that i will see them again one day.

I feel we have a duty to the dead to try and live the best life we can, partly because they aren't here to do so and we carry them with us, partly because it's what they would want for us.

I also choose to believe we are born with our death date already set in stone, so no matter what happens to us, when we die it's because it's meant to be.

My friend misses her mom too.. she died of cancer complications.. sorry for your loss .. i hope you can find joy in life again despite her being gone.. sigh

I know how you feel I lost my mom in 1993 she never drove I took her everywhere I miss her so much even now
