A trip to the cemetery for some much needed peace and quiet. :)

It's about the only place I can think of where some idiot's phone isn't going off, or I can hear the incessant noise of traffic in the background, and I live in a country town, not some big city!
I hate noise, I can't stand it. That's the main reason why I go there, because it's become just so difficult to find silence in this busy, fake world we live in. People have lost sight of the fact that we're here for only a short time and therefore need to make the most of what we have while it lasts, but too many are caught up in things that just do not matter at all (ex. so many of the people I know are workaholics, including someone I used to know who is actually buried there).
Regardless of whether or not there is an "afterlife", or reincarnation, or if you believe that death is oblivion, the one thing we all agree on is that whatever it is we're going through now will come to an end at some point in the not-too-distant future.
