Would you rather

Prefer to know "when".
At least knowing that, we could plan things accordingly.

Knowing "how" would be too scary and cause us to avoid things too much, like if we learned we would die in a car crash.

No longer. I've lived longer than I thought was possible (for me). I'm now 75.

I still drink too much and eat more salty, fatty, processed food than I should. I no longer exercise.

Come an' get me Mr. Grim Reaper! I'm getting impatient!

I don’t need to know either one. Live for the moment is what I am doing right now and focusing on healing as I have been battling an illness since this summer.

An approximation of the 'when' would be useful.
I could plan to do the things i wanted to ensure i got done before it was too late.

Knowing when would be useful, I don't really want to know how.

If I had to choose one, it would be when. That would help me prepare for it
