How often do you entertain the thought of your own death?

Not entertain, but visualize it. Once I visualize it, I could feel that scenario happening very faintly, like phantom sense. Phantom sense is when you're in a VR game (with a VR headset), you can feel another person, another player, touch your avatar without them being close to you in person.
I have phantom sense every time I think of the scenarios of my death. I could feel them, faintly.
