how to deal with existential crisis after witnessing death?
after my 1 year old cat died a horrible painful death i cant stop thinking about how fragile everything is and nothing matters

Part of us dies when we lose someone close.
Of course we eventually get over losing the loved one but part of us is still humbled.
I wish there were some quick-fix answer but I have not found one.
