how to deal with existential crisis after witnessing death?
after my 1 year old cat died a horrible painful death i cant stop thinking about how fragile everything is and nothing matters

And then you realize that cats have been around for a very long time so.... An individual death can be shocking if you are not used to seeing deaths but death is just a part of living. Something we have all been born to do.
