Do you think about death often? When I know about someone diying that influenced my life in one way or another

I can't help it but wonder when I'll die too.
Like it can happen at any point. life seems as a very transitory thing.
Yet life feels so long sometimes when you're not feeling OK. Lately I've been feeling Okey ☺️☺️

But the things that has happened me and some things that I have seen has made me certain that our spirit or soul lives when we die and realizing has made me louse those fears
