In light of my witnessing an act which required considerable courage.

The Greek poet and fabulist Aesop (c. 620 - 564) is credited with saying
"It is easy to be brave from a distance."

Placing yourself in another person's shoes
Seeing all of the people and possessions
That they are about to lose
Remembering when the day came
And there was nobody there for you
Never wanting another to feel
Suffering, lonley, defeated
That is enough motivation
To make me choose

I like following the example that my grandfather set.
He didn't just teach while standing and facing you and recite the lessons, he became the lesson.

I was raised to believe that love is an action word.
First you say it, then you do it.
@PoeticPlay Excellent advice.

Lead with respect
Follow with responsibility.

Job 12:23-24 “He makes nations great, and destroys them; he enlarges nations, and disperses them. He deprives the leaders of the earth of their reason; he makes them wander in a trackless waste.” Proverbs 11:14 “For lack of guidance a nation falls, but victory is won through many advisers.”
@onrealityofdreams idk why people question my words, when i just do my all to be honest, and not a modern degenerative peice of shit.
@checkoutanytime Perhaps if you directly answer a question instead of quoting from a book comprised of fairy tales, letters of opinions, and simple observations you wouldn't make yourself such an easy target. And being quick to resort to what you apparently feel is biblical language doesn't help your cause.
@checkoutanytime quoting fairytales now?

Kindness to others. Everyone needs some help, even in a small way.
@Digoutyoursoul I agree with you.

I put on my big boy pants, roll up my sleeves and just do it.
No thoughts to distract me.
@Ferric67 Heading straight forward is the best way.
Virtue, wisdom, courage and honour.
@Ryderbike All commendable qualities. Thank you.
