feel angry with this helpline
it's a mental health helpline here in the uk, i ring because i have no other social contacts or support besides my elderly mother who lives far away, and i live alone in a little flat...i ring every day, but it's constantly engaged and there's no answer because the automated message says ' they're busy on other calls ' and to try again later.....I DO try again later, but it's still engaged and the line is not being answered.....then i start to feel angry with the helpline and it's limitations.....and angry with the other people calling it, as i think FVCK other people! it's me that should be getting through and given priority!!
