Have you ever felt like your anger had no power 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Lots of times. Im a much calmer guy at this age. I was bought up around boxing since aged 5 so i "knew" how to fight lol. Then me son and i put some gloves on a couple of years back. Hes 19 stone. Im 13 stone. That didnt bother me as id fought big guys for real. It was a tiny guy who beat me up years ago lol. My son threw a jab at the top left side of my head. He had 16oz sparring gloves. I had 4oz mma gloves. He caught me to the top left side of my head with a strong jab. We were only playing but wow. Made me realise reflexes. The ability to slip punches correctly etc etc were dimishing. 😆 I still like having a light spar but yeah a youngster who knows how to fight would pummel me now hence you kind of know your powerless. Unless they cant box or have no fight training. I dont want to fight irl anymore anyway but loved going at it gloved with brothers for most of my life.
