I’ve noticed lately

That my anger issues have been getting worse. Thats saying something considering how bad they’ve always been. I scream at the smallest things, constantly grind my teeth, get anger headaches. Idk why it’s been so bad lately but it’s really exhausting and distracting.

You're on new meds if I remember correctly. A side effect of many meds is anger

@come2gether not that new Ive been on them for a few months. Their mood stabilizers too so their supposed to prevent this.
