Anger has no enemy or friend

It burns down the very person that harbour it. It burns bridges, friendship and peace of mind.

Today was one of those days.

I am a very calm person when it comes to work. I understand my employees are not perfect beings or are unerring machines. But irresponsibility and lack of punctuality is where I draw the line. It can reach a point where I turn into a flame thrower.

Today, I almost fired someone. It took some composure not to explode. Felt like gulping down a live bomb and now it's smoking inside ready to go boom.

Anger has a unhealthy effect on our anatomy. I don't know what chemicals the brain produce when angry. But it sure does leaves a sour taste.

Trying to reset and get back to work.

Anger is addictive too which makes it all the worst, it makes you feel powerful and seems to put the world in a total level of focus where everything seems so easy, and it no longer matters who you hurt or what bridges you burn. But once all the anger is gone, oh god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can find yourself spending a lifetime trying to make up for what you've done. Unless you have no conscience in which case you'll always blame everybody else.

@Allelse Yes it can be.
Anger create a kind of focused energy. It can do harm if you are not in control. It can get you go on a rampage where people gets hurts. I try to avoid indulging in anythng when angry.
