I'm just going to say this ...

It takes me time to process things from the past ...so if it seems like I'm holding a grudge ...I'm not ...I'm only dealing with it now .....my brain needs time and space to process things ....so when someone says
" get over it" I most certainly will ...in my own time and in my own way ...
