Have you done things that you find it hard to get over

I’ve done a few things that I still get upset about, I think a lot about it. I wish I could change things.

@Strongtea alas we are a weak species and give into irrational thoughts and actions that we regret later. you made the mistake and i understand you have regrets but you need too try and let it go as it will not be good for you
