Lol I know someone who had to pay child support for a kid that wasnt his. They sent it to the wrong person since they have the same name. Hahah they went to court and the mom confessed to having her child adopted out years ago and the child support was going to her.

Unbelievable. I don't understand how this could have happened. A paternity test surely would have cleared up the matter from the outset.

In some states in the USA, a paternity test can't be performed without the mother's approval, even after birth.

If you even believe those aren't terrible out-of-work actors.....

Honestly there's no good reason why a peternity test shouldn't be mandetory by law before any child support judgement or even before the father's name goes on the Birth Certificate.
